I have been in the flooring business since 1974. Starting as a retail sales person and moving on to retail management with a large national flooring chain. I moved on to 15 years as a sales rep for Kraus Carpets, a major Canadian carpet manufacturer. After retiring from Kraus in 2012 I came to Carpet Sense where I specialize in commercial and retail sales.
